NE show and P5 camp

I just came back from P5 camp the day before yesterday.
Woah.And I had to go with my class to the NE show(rehearsal for NDP) last Saturday.
-NE show-
I received my fun pack in school and me and my class rode on a bus to the bridge near the Esplanade.
There,I could see tons of people at the Marina Bay,mostly from other schools.
To start off the show,there was some singing by famous singers that I've never heard of.Then,the singers sang the 2007 ND songs.There were actually performances performed by the Singapore Army and more.My favourite performance was the under water one and the performers wore colourful costumes of fishes and other under water creatures.To cut the story short,it was about a red fish that represented Singapore and seem to appear at different times in the middle of the show.Oooh...
-P5 camp-
I actually enjoyed the 2nd day of it because there was a campfire and I got to do the zip line(flying fox).I felt homesick on the 1st and 2nd day of it and ended up with tears.My favourite part of the day was when you get to sleep.Ahh...

All I could see was a younger person and I think he's in his twenties.
I went up to him and politely asked,"Could I speak to the man working here a few days ago?"The young man looked at me."He's off today.Here's his card and get out of my shop if you are not buying anything!"I went out with Samad and my brother."What's wrong with that guy?"asked Samad.I just shrugged.
I went back home with Samad."I still have to meet the mysterious person!" I told Derek and Samad."I'll go with you,"Samad told me.Derek refused to tag along.It's only tomorrow midnight till I'll be able to meet this mysterious person.Samad told Derek and me to make a plan.After an hour of planning,Samad went home while Derek and I were having dinner.Is the plan really going to work?I asked my mother and father politely,"Can I go out at 12 midnight tomorrow?I have something really urgent."My mother asked me back,"What is so urgent as to keep you from sleeping?"I told them my problem about the mysterious man even when I know that they won't believe me.
My parents told me and my brother to go upstairs to our rooms after finishing our dinner.They meanwhile,had a secret discussion.After the discussion,they had decided on wether to let me go to Hamburger street tomorrow,midnight.

Quake 2

I got the Quake 4 game for Xbox 360 and it included Quake 2 and the making of Quake 4 and I decided to write a review for Quake 2.
-Quake 2-
First of all,Quake 2 is awsome.The graphics maybe lame to some,but the gameplay is just awsome.There's more than seven cool weapons to use and fire and there's lots of enemies and gore.This game might be fun to me,but it's also creepy when enemies pop out and shoot you behind you.Other than that,the explosions look like a small atomic bomb explosion which is pretty cool and the death animations look good.Here's some game features:
-About 10 weapons to find and use!
-Armour,health,Quad damage,rebreather and more to pick up!
-Keys,CDs,switches and more things to use!
-More than 10 enemies and bosses!
-More than 15 levels and deathmatch levels!
-Old school graphics!
-Great 3D enviroment and atmosphere!
-Great sounds!
-Music by Rob Zombie and Sonic team!
-Obstacles like explosives,lava,acid,spike pits and traps!

ANS: It is the short form of 'House of the Dead 2'.

2.What is House of the Dead 2 about?
ANS: House of the Dead 2 is a rail shooter,which means you cannot move around and can only shoot. In HOTD 2, you either play as two AMS agents, Gary and James.You must fight your way through hordes of zombies and bosses, save civilians and get to the high score.You must get to Goldman, where you'll fight the ending boss.

3.How do I unlock [Insert item here] in the original mode?
ANS: Shoot barrels and crates to find hidden items in the original mode.
You can also shoot certain things in the game to unlock them.
Some hidden items can be found by rescuing civilians.They'll give it to you.

4.How many endings are there (and what are they)?
ANS: There are three different endings, each determined by your score.
Bad ending: You encounter Goldman as a zombie.
Neutral ending: You see Harry, Amy, G and all the civilians.

Human brain

-Human brain-
The human brain is complex.No one on earth knows what it holds or how much it holds.The human brain stores many information and memory with the help of your senses.An average human brain weighs about 1kg plus.
The main part of your brain is the cerebrum(not to be confused with cerebellum).There are four main parts of the cerebrum:the frontal lobe,the temporal lobe,the parietal lobe and the occipital lobe.Each part has its own part.The cerebrum controls memory and your senses.Another thing about the cerebrum is that it is halved.One part is the right hemisphere and the other,the left hemisphere.However there is also the cerebellum which controls movements,control of balance and posture.
There is also the limbic system which controls survival instincts,drives and moods.The brain stem is connected to your spinal cord and controls breathing,heart rate and more.It can be divided into three parts:midbrain,pons and medula oblongata.

Insects:Why do most of us hate them?

-Insects:Why do we hate them?-
Imagine this scenario:A group of teenagers were camping.One of them,poked a beehive for fun.Suddenly,bees started rushing out of the beehive,trying to sting the whole lot of teenagers.Then,one of them took out a 'Anti-Bee spray' from his bag and went on a spraying spree.Every bee was killed.

The above story tells us that it is unfair to the bees because the youngster,who knew that poking a beehive will result in bees trying to sting you,but he did it intentionally.The bees were killed in the end.For fair judgement,the whole lot should have ran away or jump into a deep puddle of water.That way,the bees would have fly away back into their beehive.But still the moral of this story is never to disturb insects(especially when you know you're doing it).

Why do some people dislike/hate insects?
Most of us hate insects probably because they are annoying or look ugly.
Fact is,insects don't live long and are mostly to be killed or eaten by other creatures.The giant waterbug may look huge,ugly and scary but it bites people because it is either frightened or annoyed.By the way,a tiny insect is way more scared than you are of it.More than thousands of insects are being killed by people everyday.Cockroaches are being called a pest because they dirty and eat our food but it's their way of living and they need to survive.Cockroaches are not really dirty creatures.It has cleans itself on some of the times.The only dirty part of a cockroach is its legs.One last thing:eyes of an insect may look huge and scary but they can't help it.Their eyes are actually quite useful in some ways.

What can we do to prevent insects from extinction?
We can do alot of ways to protect them.
1.If you see a cockroach,use an empty jar and to hold the cockroach in it.
Release it outside in the grass.
2.Place garlic or anything that has a strong smell(don't place bad smelling stuff) in places where you store food.Ants dislike those.
3.For flies,shoo them outside but not kill them!

I did feel homesick and it started on the fifth day of my trip(8 days,the eighth day is when we go home).I cried on the fifth day and the seventh day.
Whoa...I cried on the sixth day because I was trapped(yes,trapped) on the bus.
I was waiting for oredrs to our respective lodges when I slept.No one was beside me.my friends were infront and I was 2 seats behind them.When I woke up,it was total darkness and the bus was locked.I was trapped!I tried to break the windows and grab hold of the neck of a bottle and tried to smash it against a window.Failed.Then I tried to use the emergence window where you have to push it out.Failed.I remembered that the driver often open the window beside him.I did it and tried to climb out with my stuff.I couldn't fit and shouted for help.I soon was in a lodge...finally.Turns out about 2 or 1 boy(s) were to count the remaining boys on the bus.It was supposed to be 7 but they counted 6 and didn't bother to count any boys at the back.The teachers learnt a lesson.
It was quite exciting after all.

Creature feature 1

I drew this picture using Microsoft Paint.I picked the cockroach,the maggot and the earthworm.It wasn't very long but it took time to draw both the maggot and the earthworm becuase I used the brush option and the option where you can use both the rounded rectangle and the ellipse to draw isn't much of help.
I had the urge to draw them.Check back for 'Creature feature 2'.

If you want to know why I made the comic strip today was because I wanted to reflect what had REALLY happened today.
-In school(25 May 2007)-
Today's incident started when we were allowed to go to the computer lab to play or do anything we wanted on the internet.My friend,Justin,showed me his newly created blog.Before this,he told me that he plagiarised my blog.Back to the computer lab where he showed me he pasted and copied a few posts.
I wanted those to be taken down and asked him politely.He refused.I then,threatened to alert Blogger.He told me he didn't care if the police arrested him or what.I was quite angry.I immediately logged into my ol' Blogger account and wrote about him.It contained infomation about him and that he stole some of my posts without permission.Mr Steven Tan wasn't much of help either.He gave the excuse of saying I had no copyrights.Now,this made Justin angry and what shocked me is that he cried.He was full of rage and all.He told me he wanted to kill me.He fists were clenched tightly,as if in a boxing match.
But it wasn't the end yet.No one was hurt(luckily).He went on cursing me.
I didn't care.Some of my classmates asked him why he was crying and blamed me for making him cry.I apologised but was still not in a good mood.
That was when Mr Tan's period was over.We went back to class and was ready to be taken by Mr Eric Tan.Bryan asked why I had to make him cry and when I explained to him he copied my blog,he said that copying other's work is OK.I told explained to him until he understood.Mr Tan came to our class and to everyone's surprise,he told us to go back to the computer lab.Everyone was cheering.Of course,Justin didn't sit with me and things just went on smoothly.We were supposed to assemble outside our classes for our "End of Term"service.I held a racket that was in a corner up high and meanwhile,asking everyone whose it belonged to.Ravinpal snatched the racket from me and pushed me away.He told me not to touch his stuff.
Then Mdm Mak said that I was from bad to worse because I PLACED MY BAG AGAINST THE WALL OPPOSITE ME!?!WHAT!?!THAT IS RIDICULOUS!
Andre whispered a question about making people cry.
Coming back to the talkings and singing of songs,after the bell for "School's out!" thing,everyone screamed.However,we had to be dismissed the second or third I think.I immediately told Andre that I did not like making people cry.
He then said,"I didn't ask whether you like making people cry or not,why did you make him cry?"
"Cos' he copied my work and I don't like making people cry,"
"Copy can what,"
"Plagiarism isn't good,"
We argued along the way down.That was when Andre rushed to his mother and she carried his schoolbag.I went down and wanted to teach Andre an important lesson.I went up to his mom and greeted her.Then,I politely asked her if copying other's work is okay.You know what the answer is!I then told Andre,"Is it that you must be embarrassed then you will learn?"Andre was speechless.
Who was wrong and right?You decide.

I created this post based on an incident that happened today.

A story I had in mind:The head on a stick

I was walking home from school when I thought of a story.A horror one.
I decided to write it in my blog.Hopefully,I have enough time to write the whole thing.I will also write more episodes of "Watch of Terror!".
-The head on a stick-
I am an ordinary schoolboy.I go to school,study and come home.It's like a cycle.
But I was walking home from school as usual.A crack on the bottom of a wall caught my eye.The crack was on a shop selling prosthetic body parts.I looked carefully at the crack.It was so sudden that there was a crack.I had never seen it.I then heard faint cries for help.I was curious and searched for anything that's strong.I grabbed a pole and struck it at the crack several times.When I struck the wall with the metal pole,the crack grew bigger and it broke open.Big and small stones crumbled into the hole.I peered in.It had darkness surrounding it.Strange?Very.I found out that I could fit in and crawled in.Now,this hole does not lead to the shop but to an underground cave.It was very dusty and smelt of rotten meat and I tried to find my way around.I tripped on something rather heavy.The cries for help had already died.Silence.I pulled out a torchlight from my harvest sack and shone it into the darkness.I shone it around the cave.I was really angry at the stone for tripping me.I then,shone my torchlight at the part where I tripped and was ready to kick it when I found out it wasn't a stone."NO!"I screamed at a cold and dead body.Blood was smeared all over the corpse.The body was decapitated.And it was only had a pair of pants on.
I rushed for the hole and crawled out of it.Something was tugging on my leg.I struggled out but the grip was too strong and I fell back into the hole.A shadowy figure looked at me and tried to bite me.I managed to escape and ran out of the hole.When I was out,I peered into the hole and the figure was gone.
I reached home at about four.I had no appetite for spaghetti with tomato sauce and meat balls for luch.The tomato sauce looked like blood.And it smelled bad."Mom,where did you order this meal?"I shouted.No response.Something in my spaghetti moved.I used my fork and used it to dig out all the strings of spaghetti and placed them on the edge of the plate.I squinted and saw a finger!"Ah!"I screamed again.I looked at it,screaming in terror."Mom!Come quick!"I screamed.My mother rushed to me and looked at my plate.You would expect the finger to vanish but no.She grabbed whole of the finger at placed it on the table."We have to call the police and tell them about the finger,"she told me.I was still in shock of what had happened.I went upstairs and did my homework.I went down for dinner and ate hungrily at my noodles.I had too much to eat and felled asleep.
I woke up and rubbed my head.I had a nightmare.About bodies.
I told my elder brother Ivan about it but he wasn't bothered.
I changed for school and ran there.I finished school and went out.I forgot about the finger and dead body.I went back and heard something.A hollow voice murmured:"Death".I turned around and I saw a head pierced through a stick.Not only that,it was green."Death!"It shouted."DEATH!"
"No!"I shouted and ran.I ran really fast.I was panting when I reached the door of my house.I unlocked it and found out the door knob was moving.Someone turned it.Mom and dad were already at work and won't come back until an hour later.I locked the door when I was inside and took a bath.
I had no homework for today and decided to play the latest game 'Car Madness'.
The game was loading and I was on the menu.I started a new race and I played it.I raced like crazy and enjoyed it.I was driving halfway on level five when an obstacle appeared.I looked closely and it was the same head on a stick!

I am writing this post in school NOW.Mr Tan,our English teacher,allowed us to go to the school's IT room(computer room) to do whatever we want on the computers.And we have only 40 minutes(2/3 of an hour)!So I was bored and am writing this.By the way,check the new links I have made.

Different types of deaths

Note:I wanted to mess around and do something so I have made a list of how many types of death.Here is the list:
1.When animals go bad
-Snakes,crocodiles and sharks have sharp teeth/fangs.However,a human is most likely to be bitten by a snake or a crocodile than to be a shark.
-Wild elephants and horses may gore you...to death!
-Wild tigers and lions kill and eat anything that's big and tasty...run!
-Scorpions and spiders have fatal stings/fangs.You have been warned.
-Ever felt scare of the seas because of a serpent or a giant squid?There was no sign of a serpent but there was a giant squid.
2.Fiery fire
-Wild bush fires have burned and killed many plants and animals in Australia.
-Fire burns and roast human meat.
-You are lucky if you have a slight burn.Some have burns so bad that they melt your arm.
-Volcanoes spit out flaming volcanic rocks.It is instant death.
-Lava will do a good job...of melting!
3.Spin the earth
-Earthquakes reaped many peoples' lives and destroyed trees and buildings.
The friction of the ground rocks violently and cracks appear.
4.Wild wind
-The hurricane is one strong wind.
-The tornado sucks everything in its path,and then throws them straight to the ground.
5.Watery waters
-Drowning is common...but terrible.Your lungs take in water and you choke.
Then,you can't breathe and ........
-Tsunamis are extremely scary and it is like a huge wave that splashes on you.
6.Hateful heights
-I do not hate heights but I fear them.Jumping down a cliff or a building isn't much fun either.
-Most suicides include jumping down from a high building.
7.Murderous men
-Humans often murder others.
-One reason is for food.
-Others include revenge or anger.
-Money is also a reason why people murder others each year.
8.Super supernatural(unexplained)
-You may have heard of black magic or voodoo dolls but are they real?
-Wizards use curse spells on their enemies.
-Love potions won't kill but make someone love you.
9.No rest for everyone
-Food and water provides energy for humans.When the glucose from food we eat is mixed with oxygen,it becomes stored energy for use.
-The most important is (fron most important to least important) oxygen,water and food.
10.Scary liquids
-Poison is used in detergent and lead.
-Poison can kill.If they don't,the can give you a stomach ache.
-Acid can burn...and infect organs.
11.Lighted lightning
-Lightning normally strikes tall trees and the people below it for shelted.
-Don't stand under the rain during a storm.Immediately seek for shelter and not under a tree!
12.Exploding explosions
-Grenades and dynamites are used as weapons to kill.
-They are used commonly during a war.
13.Bloody blood
-Losing too much blood can lead to death.
14.Gun the gunner
-Guns are used to kill.
-Cannons,grenades and other explosives can blow up people to gibs*.
*=In games,gibs is usually small remains of living body parts(eyeball,teeth..etc).

Oh noes!This was supposed to be submitted a few weeks ago but I accidental pressed the 'draft' button!Anyways...here's what I retyped.

"Honestly I don't know!"I told him,feeling scared."It must have magically strapped around my arm!"Everyone in the bus must have heard me and looked at me as if I was an intruder or an alien or something."Did you put it on when I wasn't looking?"asked Samad.I was starting to get really annoyed.Why does everyone NOT believe me?"NO!"I shouted.Samad told me,"I believe that your watch has some kind of monster in it."Phew,"I panted.Finally!Some one believed me!"Then now,we must go back to that awful shop and have a refund!"
he replied.I had to agree.Why didn't I think of that?
Everything went smoothly in school.Samad,Derek and I went to the shop that sold me the blue MegaWatch...But there was no sign of the mysterious man...

Think about mosquitoes

-Think about mosquitoes-
Note:I am not asking or pleading you to heed nor follow any of the below infomation.You may follow if you want.Nope,I am not responsible for any I injuries,diease or death occured or happened.
I was utterly/quite dissapointed that the fact of male mosquitoes killed whilst people neing encouraged to NOT breed moquitoes and get rid of them.
Why?Male mosquitoes help pollinate flowers(I think and I am 85% sure) while they taste the sweet nectar.So I wanted to alert everyone around me and the people reading my blog not to kill mozzies on flowers(especially Singaporeans).
If mosquitoes die out,it becomes history.Some people may even be happily clapping their hands and when you ask them,the might give excuses like,"Oh,I don't know that!" or the popular,"So?".Mozzies may be a pest but I don't want them to be extinct.It's a hard decision to decide whether we should save mosquitoes or not.If we do,people might die of dieases and if we don't,we lose a pollinater.Oops.You can disagree with everything above if you want.

The truth of death

What is death?Death is one thing.The end of our life.No one knows what is after death.Reincarnated?Meeting our gods?Forever of nothingness?No one knows.
"You may be a king or a little street sweeper,but sooner or later,but everyone dances with the grim reaper."-Taken from Bill and Ted's Bogus journey.There were different versions for this quote and it seemed popular.I first saw this quote from Russel Lee's Ghost stories book 13(I think).Reincarnating means that when you die,your soul is left from your body and into a new one when the sperm fertilises the female egg.Or for plants,it is different.Who knows,you might reincarnate into a fly or a plant or even an elephant.You also might go up to heaven and meet the gods.Or even to hell.Some believe that there is forever 'nothingness'.One thing.Which idea to believe?It's up to you.Some day,I will continue this topic.Maybe days later.

It's eyes made me nervous.I felt like asking it a million questions but I couldn't open my mouth.Somehow...The face opened it's mouth and started to speak."I want...YOU,"it grinned."You are someone whom I want to meet...I would like you at Hamburger Street,during midnight this Thursday or else..."I felt that was crazy.Who would want to meet some creepy person during midnight?"But I can't,my parent's won't allow me to be awake at midnight,"I told to the hideous face on my watch."I don't care whether your parents allow you or not,I want you HERE,"The face told me.Suddenly,it disappeared mysteriously,as if it wasn't there!What was I going to do?I decided to sleep.The next day,I woke up and found my watch sitting on the bed.I decided not to wear it just for today.I went for a cold shower and ate breakfast.I proceeded to the bus stop with my brother,Derek.I also met Samad there.He looked at me and noticed something."Say,where's your new watch?"he asked.I know that grown-ups won't believe me,but I hope my friend does."I met a monster inside my watch and it told me to meet him this Thursday,"I told Samad confidently,as the same time,hoping he would believe me."A monster?Cool!I love monsters,"he said."If this is the truth,I believe you."Phew!"See?I told you that man who sold the watch to you is a monster!"Derek blurt out."Not that!"I scolded him.The bus came and we boarded it.I sat beside Samad while Derek sat beside this other friend.I checked my watch:7.05 am.Wait a minute...I didn't wear my blue Megawatch!I pinched myself to see if it was a dream but it isn't."Samad,look my watch!"I told him.He dropped his jaw.
